Company Announcement

On October 22, 2026, Vicore Pharma Holding AB (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the independent Data Monitoring Committee for the Phase 2b ASPIRE trial of buloxibutid in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has recommended that the trial continue without modification following a pre-planned futility analysis. The Company will continue the trial as planned. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
