On October 7, 2026, Murano Global Investments Plc (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that, on October 6, 2026, it received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC granting the Company an additional period of 180 calendar days, or until April 5, 2027, to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.
