Buenos Aires, October 29, 2026 – IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones S.A. (NYSE:IRS;BYMA:IRSA) informs that the exchange rate applicable to foreign shareholders who exercised their option on October 27, 2026, is USD 1 = ARS 1,539.6218.

The distribution of dividends is subject to the 7% withholding tax established in section 97 of the Income Tax Law (Decree 824/2019 and modifications).
