Presentation of in vivo Proof-of-Concept Data for BiTAC^®-ADC Technology

On October 13, 2026, the Veraxa Biotech AG (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the presentation of in vivo proof-of-concept data and additional in vitro data validating its novel BiTAC-ADC technology platform.
