On October 27, 2026, Landstar System, Inc. (“Landstar” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the thirteen-week period ended September 26, 2026 (the third quarter of fiscal 2026). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
