I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“tgs” or the “Company”), to inform you that, on this date, Ms. Flavia Vanesa Bevilacqua, who was appointed Alternate Director by tgs’ Annual Ordinary, Extraordinary and Special Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 15, 2026, notified the Company, by means of a letter dated October 6, 2026, of her resignation from such position due to personal reasons, effective as of such date.

In this regard, we hereby inform you that the above-mentioned resignation will be considered by tgs’ Board of Directors in its next meeting.
