On October 16, 2026, NeOnc Technologies Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing early clinical improvement in its first patient treated in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with investigational intranasal NEO100 through the Company’s Compassionate Care program. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On October 21, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH) to cooperate on the development of research and clinical capability in oncology and central nervous system therapeutics in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On October 22, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing that it will be featured on Health Uncensored with Dr. Drew, a national health television series hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky, in a segment on non-invasive approaches to delivering investigational therapies to brain tumors.
