Attached is an English translation of the letter dated October 22, 2026, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

Buenos Aires, October 22, 2026 – Cresud Sociedad Anónima Comercial, Inmobiliaria, Financiera y Agropecuaria (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CRESY, BYMA:CRES), reports that the Shareholders’ Meeting held today approved by majority of votes a cash and in kind dividend distribution of up to ARS 116,000,000,000 to the Shareholders; payable in cash and in kind, as follows: (i) in cash in the amount of ARS  81,199,999,730.00; and (ii) in kind, equivalent to ARS  34,800,000,270.00, consisting of shares issued by IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima (“IRSA”), owned by the Company, in the amount of 15,097,614 shares of par value ARS 10 each, according to the closing market price as of October 21, 2026 of ARS 2,305 per IRSA share.
