Macquarie Infrastructure Fund, L.P. 修订投资顾问协议并延长费用限制期

Macquarie Infrastructure Fund, L.P. 于 10 月 22 日修订投资顾问协议：从首次接受非关联方认购起至 2027 年 11 月 30 日，管理费全额豁免；随后一年管理费按基金净资产值的年率 1.00% 计收，2028 年 12 月 1 日起恢复为 1.25%。基金还将顾问限制部分指定费用的期限从首次交割日起一年延长至三年。
