ITEM 8.01. Other Events.
On October 28, 2026, the Company announced that on October 26, 2026, the Board approved a quarterly cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2026 in the amount of $0.10 per share to holders of the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable to the Company's shareholders of record at the close of business on December 11, 2026 and is expected to be paid on January 12, 2027.
