Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 22, 2026, Grown Rogue International Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its affiliate, SEA Craft LLC, completed its first deliveries of Grown Rogue products to select Illinois dispensaries. The press release also provides an update on operations at SEA Craft’s Dwight facility, including its initial flowering canopy of approximately 5,000 square feet and work underway to expand flowering canopy to approximately 10,000 square feet. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
