Report of Counterclaim in International Arbitration

3. Summary of Lawsuit		KT Corporation (the "Company") initiated arbitration proceeding against the Counterclaimants, seeking payment of a put option price of approximately USD 152 million, based on the Counterclaimants’ breach of their obligations under a shareholders’ agreement. In response, the Counterclaimants filed a counterclaim against the Company, alleging that the Company breached its obligations under the shareholders’ agreement and seeking approximately USD 386 million in damages.

Additional details relevant to investment consideration –The amount claimed set forth in Item 4 above represents the amount claimed by the Counterclaimants, converted into Korean won using Hana Bank’s base exchange rate of KRW 1,327.5 per USD as of October 21, 2026, the date on which the response and counterclaim submitted by the Government of Rwanda were confirmed. –The total equity of KT above is based on the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2025
